Rejesh Satiija has no connection to, and is not involved in, the Amit Bhardwaj Bitcoin case
In response to public interest and media queries, Rejesh Satiija confirms that he is not, and has never been, a party to, subject of, or witness in the ongoing legal proceedings concerning Mr. Amit Bhardwaj's Bitcoin case in India.
In 2016, he sold a portfolio of gold mining assets to Mr. Bhardwaj in an ordinary, fully documented commercial transaction. That agreement was mutually cancelled in 2017, with every related payment and transaction closed and settled in full at the time. No commercial relationship has existed between the two since. He further confirms that he does not know, and has never met, Mr. Raj Kundra, who has also been named in connection with related proceedings.
